Hi! Thank you for stopping by to learn a bit about me. I am the founder & CEO of CEC Dynamics, LLC with expertise and experience in managing Accounting and finance teams for several industries throughout my 21-year career. My background in account management and operations, as well as accounting, informs my mindful approach in managing the books for small businesses.
I have been heavily influenced by my passion for numbers and understanding the nuances of every level of the accounting cycle. I will admit that I think of myself as a “forever” student (however aged I may be *smiles*) and am always seeking to build on my academic foundations in Business Administration and Accounting to be able to stay in the know on the latest business strategies and accounting practices through additional coursework and professional development.
The most recent part of this ongoing development was through the completion of certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. My hunger for knowledge and determination to afford small businesses everywhere with good accounting practices and bookkeeping has led me to this journey of offering my services to small businesses everywhere.
No matter how much I accomplish in my business and education endeavors, however, my GREATEST accomplishment to date is my son! Being a football mom is almost a full-time job by itself! LOL! But the rewards are never-ending, and they keep me grounded.
I believe that my practice to help others focus on their business operations fuels my determination in helping small business owners succeed regardless of the current state of their bookkeeping and financials. Work-homelife balance is easier to achieve if entrepreneurs are not pulled in multiple directions while trying to operate the business as well as keep up with the books.
